What is FDE Masters and what is our mission?
FDE Masters is an FDE training institute in Hyderabad, founded by the Brolly Group, that trains forward deployed engineers through live deployments rather than lectures. Our mission is simple: produce engineers who can walk into an enterprise, scope a problem, ship an AI system inside the customer's environment, pass its security review and get it adopted.
A forward deployed engineer (FDE) is the person companies like Palantir, OpenAI and Anthropic send to a customer to make AI work on real data and real constraints. India now has 52 organisations hiring for the role, up 130 percent in a year according to CIEL HR, with Hyderabad in the top three cities.
We run two programs, the 4-month FDE Career Program and the 2-month FDE Advanced Program, from our campus near JNTU Metro in Kukatpally and live online for the rest of India and abroad.

Why we started FDE Masters
Across the Brolly Group's institutes we watched the same pattern for two years. Learners finished a generative AI course, built a working RAG chatbot or agent in a notebook, and then stalled at the first real customer: messy SQL Server data, SSO they had never configured, a security team asking for an evidence pack, and a CFO asking what the ROI was.
Meanwhile Brolly Software Solutions, our sister software company, was shipping exactly those systems for clients and for its own products. The engineers who could do that work were the ones who had deployed something for someone who complained when it broke. That experience, not another certificate, was the missing ingredient.
So we built a program around deployment. One persistent client, Deccan Finance, from Week 1. A Customer Engagement Lab every Friday. A security review before every deploy, taught with SOC Masters. Evals as the gate to demo day. And a real 2-week forward deployment with a business unit that will keep using what you built. The full curriculum shows how those principles play out week by week.
