Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of fdemasters.com and your enrolment in any FDE Masters by Brolly program, including the FDE Career Program, the FDE Advanced Program, demo classes and internships. Please read them before enrolling.
Acceptance and parties

By using this website, booking a demo class, submitting a form or paying a fee, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Last updated: 7 October 2026. We may revise these terms; changes apply to enrolments made after the revised date, and material changes affecting current learners will be communicated by email or the learner portal.
Programs, eligibility and enrolment

FDE Masters offers the FDE Career Program (4 months, 18 weeks), the FDE Advanced Program (2 months, 10 weeks), free demo classes and internships on Brolly Software Solutions products. Program details, schedules and fees are as published on this website at the time of enrolment.

You must be 18 years or older to enrol, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms on your behalf.

The Career Program requires basic programming exposure. The Advanced Program requires a pass in our 60-minute entry assessment. We may decline enrolment where prerequisites are not met and will refund any fee paid in that case.

Enrolment is confirmed only when the fee or the first EMI instalment is received and a confirmation is issued. Seats are limited: 25 to 30 for the Career Program and 15 to 20 for the Advanced Program.

Information you provide at enrolment must be accurate. Certificates are issued in the name shown on the identity proof you submit.
Fees, payment and EMI
▸
Published fees: FDE Career Program ₹45,000 online or ₹55,000 classroom; FDE Advanced Program ₹30,000 online or ₹35,000 classroom. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at the time of payment.

EMI options are available through [PLACEHOLDER: EMI or finance partner]. EMI terms, interest and eligibility are set by the partner, and your contract for the instalment plan is with them.

Where you choose instalments, access to classes, labs, assessments and certificates depends on instalments being paid on schedule. We may suspend access after [PLACEHOLDER: X days] of non-payment following a written reminder.

Fees cover live sessions, recordings, cloud labs and API credits within the published limits, projects, the practicum, assessment and certificate. They do not cover personal hardware, internet, travel, or usage beyond the lab limits.

Refunds, deferrals and batch transfers are governed by the Refund Policy.
Attendance, assessment and certificates
▸
You are expected to attend at least 80 percent of live sessions and complete at least 80 percent of Customer Engagement Lab submissions. Recordings cover absences but do not replace lab or project submissions.
▸
Projects are assessed on correctness and tests, eval pass rate, security review and a stakeholder demo, with a pass mark of 70 percent and one resubmission allowed within one week.
▸
The certificate, FDE Masters Certified Forward Deployed Engineer – Associate or Professional, is issued only after all projects, the security review and the practicum are passed. Attendance alone does not earn a certificate.

Certificates are issued within 2 weeks of demo day and carry a verification ID. Replacement or reissue requests may incur a charge of [PLACEHOLDER: reissue fee].

Academic dishonesty, including submitting work that is not your own or sharing assessment content, may result in failure of the component or removal from the program without refund.
Practicum, internships and placement support
▸
The 2-week forward-deployment practicum is conducted with a Brolly Group business unit or a Digital Brolly SME client. You agree to follow the host's confidentiality, security and conduct requirements and to sign any non-disclosure agreement they reasonably require.

Work produced during the practicum or internship on host or Brolly Software Solutions systems belongs to the host or Brolly Software Solutions, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may describe the work in your portfolio in general terms without disclosing confidential information.
▸
Placement support, including placement assistance until placed for Career Program graduates and the interview pipeline for Advanced Program graduates, is provided as a service. It is not a guarantee of interviews, offers, employment or any salary. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
▸
Placement support requires your active participation: attending preparation sessions, maintaining an up-to-date profile, responding to introductions within a reasonable time and attending scheduled interviews. Support may be paused where a learner is unresponsive for [PLACEHOLDER: X days].

Internship terms, including duration, stipend and selection, are [PLACEHOLDER: internship terms] and may be set out in a separate internship agreement.
Learner conduct and acceptable use

Treat trainers, staff, fellow learners, practicum hosts and employer council members with respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind may result in removal from the program without refund.

Cloud sandboxes, API credits and developer sandboxes are provided for coursework only. Mining, hosting unrelated workloads, attacking systems you are not authorised to test or exceeding the published limits is prohibited.
▸
Do not record, redistribute, resell or publicly post live sessions, recordings, lab materials, Deccan Finance datasets or assessment content. These are the intellectual property of FDE Masters and licensed to you for personal learning only.
▸
You retain ownership of code you write for graded projects on your own repositories. You grant FDE Masters a licence to use anonymised excerpts for assessment, accreditation and teaching purposes.
▸
Testimonials, photographs or recordings featuring you will be used for marketing only with your separate written consent.
Schedule changes, website use and third-party services
We may reschedule sessions, change trainers for unavoidable reasons, adjust the order of curriculum topics or update tools to keep the program current. Where a batch cannot start or is cancelled by us, you may transfer to the next batch or receive a full refund of fees paid.
This website is provided as is. We try to keep information accurate, including market statistics cited with sources, but we do not warrant that third-party data, salary figures or job counts will remain current. Links to external sites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content.
Our programs use third-party services such as video platforms, cloud providers, Claude and OpenAI APIs and developer sandboxes from ServiceNow and Salesforce. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and you agree to comply with their acceptable-use policies.
Limitation of liability, governing law and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDE Masters' total liability arising from your enrolment or use of this website is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, employment opportunities or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before approaching a court, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through our grievance process.
