Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, run our programs and meet legal obligations.

Learning data: attendance, lab and project submissions, assessment results, recordings of live sessions in which you participate, and communications in cohort channels.

Why we use your data and the lawful basis

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by the Act.

WhatsApp, calls and messaging

When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we record your number, the content of the conversation and any documents you share, to respond to you and maintain a record of commitments made. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy; messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit but stored on our business device and CRM.

Storage, security and retention

Personal data is stored on servers located in India or with cloud providers that may store data outside India under contractual safeguards, as permitted by the DPDP Act and applicable government notifications. We use access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions and staff confidentiality obligations to protect your data.
